Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Rebecca Shields.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Morphine, and Methamphetamine Toxicity
