Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rebecca Rodriguez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:31 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
