Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Raylene Baldomino of Hacienda Heights.

Cause of Death A: Multi-Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Cause of Death C: Cardiogenic Shock

Cause of Death D: Peripartum Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Brain Herniation, Cerebrovascular Accident, Heart Transplant Rejection
