Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ralph Mireles.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Epidural and Paraspinal Intramuscular Abscess

Cause of Death C: History of Intravenous Drug Use

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Cocaine and Opiate, Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
