(L.A.) Proceso Paredes, 80, Died in a Driveway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 80-year-old Asian male that occurred in a driveway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Proceso Paredes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

RIP PROCESO PAREDES (September 28, 1944 – February 20, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:29 a.m.

The decedent was of Philippine descent. He was predeceased by his younger brother Francisco Batas Paredes Jr. in 2015.

Note that the government investigator had initially misspelled the surname as Parades.
