Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Preston Nolan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP PRESTON NOLAN (September 1, 1998 – January 30, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:06 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
