(L.A.) Presiliano De La Torre, 41, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Presiliano De La Torre.

Height: 5 feet 9 inches / Weight: 175 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Combined Heroin and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP PRESILIANO DELATORRE (June 21, 1983 – May 20, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 31, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent had a rap sheet that included a July 2023 arrest for being an addict in possession of a firearm.
