(L.A.) Perry Hernandez, 58, Died on the Harbor Freeway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Latino male that occurred on the Harbor Freeway.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Perry Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday morning.

The decedent was a motorcyclist involved in a collision on the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway.

California Highway Patrol stated the crash happened at around 6:17 a.m. just north of Adams Boulevard, in the University Park area between USC and downtown L.A.
