Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Pedro Martinez Baltazar.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Resuscitated Cardiorespiratory Arrest

Cause of Death C: Stab Wound of Neck
