Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Pearl Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Cocaine, and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:14 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-May, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polysubstance overdose.
