Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred at a business.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Paulino Tovar Vazquez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity
RIP PAULINO TOVAR VAZQUEZ (June 22, 1989 – August 25, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:22 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
