The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Paula Reyes Henandez.

Cause of Death A: Complications of Rib Fracture

Cause of Death B: Fall at Residence

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension (Htn)
