Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Patricia Michel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Ethanol, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension
