Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Pamela Wrocklage.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Oxycodone, Ethanol, Clonazepam, and Flurazepam

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Parkinsons Disease, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Hypertension and Atherosclerosis
