Cause of Death A: Sudden Cardiac Dysfunction
Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Kidney Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, History of Atrial Fibrillation, Blunt Traumatic Injuries
