The coroner’s office identified the man as Oto Juarez Klark.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Morbid Obesity, and Chronic Tobacco Use
