Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 88-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Osvaldo Borgia.
Manner of Death: Suicide
Cause of Death: Gunhot Wound of the Head
Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Hypertensive Heart, Chronic Kidney Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Cardiac Pacemaker, Atrial Flutter, Gout, Atherosclerotic Heart Disease, and Hyperlipidemia
