Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Omar Guzman Flores.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Saddle Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Left Lower Extremity

Cause of Death C: Left Knee Patella Chondromalcia

Other Significant Condition: Dilated Cardiomyopathy
