Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Omar Garza.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:44 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 2 the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
My heart is shattered. He is my kids father. I hate this .. you were suppose to be here for them. We prayed you beat these demons. Omar you will always be honored.
