Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Black female that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ojhanay Hardy.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Methamphetamine

RIP OJHANAY HARDY (April 23, 1996 – March 17, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:13 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
