The coroner’s office identified the man as Nickolas Lara.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s name as Nicholas.
