Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Black female that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Nichole Coats.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Cocaine and Ethanol Toxicity
RIP NICHOLE COATS (August 8, 1991 – September 10, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:10 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
The decedent was found lifeless inside her apartment in the 700 block of Grand Avenue in downtown L.A.
