(L.A.) Nathaniel Posada, 4, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a four-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the child as Nathaniel Posada.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning
