Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black male that occurred at a bus stop.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nathan Penegar.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Congestive Heart Failure
