(L.A.) Natalie Flores, 29, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Natalie Flores.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Mixed-Drug Intoxication (Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, PCP, Amphetamine)

Other Significant Conditions: Schizophrenia, Major Depressive Disorder, Hyperlipidemia, and Tobacco Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
