The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Nancy Villafana.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure, Valvular Heart Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, Alzheimer’s Disease
