(L.A.) Nallely Mandujano, 30, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Nallely Mandujano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP NALLELY MANDUJANO (February 19, 1994 – February 23, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:50 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
