Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old female of Hispanic/Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Monserrat Lopez.

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encepalopathy

Cause of Death B: Efects Of Methampheamine and Fentanyl
