The coroner’s office identified the woman as Monica Rico.

Cause of Death: Acetaminophen Toxicity

Acetaminophen, also known as paracetamol, is a medication used to treat fever and mild to moderate pain. Brand names of acetaminophen include Tylenol and Panadol.
