(L.A.) Moises Orellana, 41, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Moises Orellana.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine
RIP MOISES ORELLANA (June 7, 1981 – February 27, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:41 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
