Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mikal Crespo.
Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Dannar.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:26 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
