(L.A.) Miguel Karin, 58, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Miguel Karin.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Combining bromazolam (a benzodiazepine) and doxylamine (an antihistamine with sedative properties) is extremely dangerous. Both drugs depress the central nervous system. Those who take bromazolam and doxylamine together are most likely individuals misusing substances for recreational sedation, self-medication for anxiety or insomnia, or accidentally combining them without understanding the risks.
