Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Latino male that occurred in a transitional facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Miguel Castillo.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:50 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
