The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Toscano.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Ethanol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:50 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
