Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a fire station.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Ross.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:40 a.m.

The decedent was a homeless person who was fatally hit by a Long Beach fire truck. He was declared deceased at the station.
