Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred at a hotel.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
