Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Jimenez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:21 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
