(L.A.) Michael Guevara, 35, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred at a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Guevara.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alprazolam, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
