Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Duckworth.

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 2:40 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
