(L.A.) Michael Carlin, 64, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Carlin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Alprazolam, Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP MICHAEL CARLIN (February 9, 1960 – April 15, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:42 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
