(L.A.) Melvin Pineda, 37, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Melvin Pineda.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Heroin, and Codeine
