(L.A.) Megan Gray, 39, Died in Rehab

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a rehabilitation facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Megan Gray.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Combined Toxic Effects of Doxepin, Fluoxetine, Trazodone, and Ethanol
