Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as May Nguyen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Iatrogenic Peritoneal Perforation

Cause of Death B: Complications of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Accident

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes Mellitus
