(L.A.) Maximus Calzada, 22, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office identified the young man as Maximus Calzada of Canyon Country.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.
California Highway Patrol said this was a traffic collision on Sierra Highway just south of Crown Valley Road near Acton in the early hours of the day.
The decedent was driving a black Infiniti Q50 when he lost control of the vehicle, crossed into oncoming traffic, and collided head-on with a blue Honda Odyssey. Calzada and his front passenger, Pedro Gomez, died on the spot.
