Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Max Delacruz.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Flores.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:16 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
