(L.A.) Matthew Wilson, 42, Died at a Restaurant

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a restaurant.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Matthew Wilson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Alcohol, Alprazolam and Chlordiazepoxide

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
