Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Matthew Hickman.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Tobacco Smoking and Ethanol Use

RIP MATTHEW HICKMAN (June 18, 1955 – September 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:19 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 28.
