(L.A.) Matthew Alafetich, 59, Died From Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Matthew Alafetich.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity
RIP MATTHEW ALAFETICH (February 9, 1964 – December 5, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:50 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
