The coroner’s office has identified the infant boy as Mateo Salinas.

Other Significant Condition: Young Primagravida with Twin Pregnancy

A primigravida refers to a woman who is pregnant for the first time. The first pregnancy for most women is the most difficult and dangerous because the uterus still has not been distended or “stretched” by an earlier pregnancy.
