(L.A.) Mary Williams, 67, Died in SRO Housing

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Black female that occurred in SRO housing.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Mary Williams.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:19 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
